Crypto Scam Report

I think this crypto exchange platform is a scam. I cant make a withdrawal in this platform and the withdrawal must be approved by the exchange before going through, unlike other exchanges when you request for a withdrawal it will be process instantly in the blockchain. And I also notice that when I try to connect my Metamask wallet or any external wallets it asks for a Wallet Seed or Private Key.
