Initially, the team responded via email and asked for my transaction details (including the transaction ID), which I provided immediately. However, after this, they stopped responding to my emails entirely. When I reached out to their Telegram group to follow up, they deleted my messages, blocked me from the group, and completely cut off communication. I also tried contacting them via Instagram, but I was blocked there as well. MemeIndex promised to process refunds but has failed to honor their commitments or provide any further updates. This behavior suggests fraudulent intent and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their project. Key Details: • Pre-sale transaction ID and proof of payment are available. • Messages were deleted, and I was blocked from all their platforms (Telegram, Instagram). • Despite multiple assurances, they have failed to issue a refund or respond further. Impact: This project appears to be scamming users by refusing refunds and silencing those who raise concerns.
